Annika Poutiainen

Born 1970.

Education: LL.B from University of Helsinki, LL.M Banking and Finance from King's College London.

Previous positions: English Solicitor, Linklaters London; Head of Unit, Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority; Head of Market Surveillance, Nasdaq Nordics; member of the Swedish Securities Council.

Currently: Member of the boards of British company Airtel Africa Ltd and Carpe Diem Foundation (runs Fredrikshovs Slotts Skola); member of Nasdaq Helsinki’s Listing Committee.

Previous positions: CFO, Clas Ohlson AB; authorised public accountant and partner, PwC.

Currently: Member of the board of Ejendals Group AB.

Education: MBA from Vrije Universiteit Brussels, MA from Stockholm University.

Previous positions: Accounting specialist at Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority; auditing of financial companies at PwC; member of EBA, Basel Committee and Esma working groups.

Previous positions: Accounting specialist and authorised public accountant at Grant Thornton; held training courses and seminars on accounting issues and member of Grant Thornton’s IFRS specialist group; accounting examiner at Nasdaq Stockholm Issuer Surveillance.

Previous positions: accounting specialist and operational risk manager, Swedbank. auditing of financial companies at EY.

Peter Malmqvist

Born 1957.

Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Accounting and Finance, Stockholms University.

Previous positions:  accounting examiner at Nasdaq Stockholm Issuer Surveillance, head of research at Aktiespararna och Nordnet Bank AB and head of asset management at Aragon Fondkommission AB. Chairman of the Swedish Society of Financial Analysts, member of the Capital Markets Advisory Committee, IASB.

Current positions: Member of EFRAG User Panel, teacher in corporate valuation and IFRS accounting issues, Stockholm School of Economics.
